01 Exhibition Overview

China Retail Expo (CHINASHOP) is co-organized by China Chain Store Association (CCFA) and Beijing Zhihe Lianchuang Exhibition Co., Ltd. Since its inception in 1999, the exhibition has experienced 22 years of development and has now become an annual professional exhibition for the retail industry.
CHINASHOP2023 will be held at Chongqing International Expo Center from April 19-21, 2023.

01 Company Profile

Beijing Omori Packing Machinery Co., Ltd. (shorter form as "Beijing Omori") is affiliated to Omori Machinery Co., Ltd (shorter form as "Japan Omori"). Its predecessor was Beijing Omori Changkong Packing Machinery Co., Ltd., which was founded in 1994. It is the first foreign joint venture company established overseas by Japan Omori, and is committed to becoming a world-class integrated service provider of packing machinery.

New Products: TS-3100 Tray sealer

Widely used in ready-to-eat food, cooked meat, casual food, seafood, medical devices, etc.  

Functions and advantages:

1. Special structure design makes the machine more stable and reliable;
2. Compatible with sealing, air-conditioning, body-paste and other packaging forms, flexible switching;
3. Automatic feeding system can be matched to realize the whole packaging process fully automated;
4. Wide range of product compatibility, can be applied to different sizes of trays, shaped trays, etc.;
5. Packaging speed can reach 6-10 movements/min (depending on product specifications).

Classic product: STNZ-8300 Cling Film Packaging Machine

Operation mode: continuous operation, the main body speed can be changed automatically according to the product supply;

Side camping automatic feeding: to ensure stable product positioning;

Adopt full servo system (four-axis servo + one inverter motor)；

The main body is mainly made of aluminum + stainless steel with excellent cleanliness and rust-proof performance;

Control system of STNZ-8300 adopts Fuji control system, which has the misalignment detection function;

Machine pointing function: for both single assembly and the whole machine;

Bag length setting function: input the length of the product only while setting bag length.

2. Superior safety protection function to prevent accidental injury;
